My Xmas stay was delightful! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The stunning view from the balcony is an experience that can't be missed. the apartment was stocked with delicious welcome treats, which my family enjoyed a lot. , the sports channels and other entertainment options like Netflix and Osn kept us occupied.
The plumbing seemed to be a bit problematic and we had to call maintenance several times. But, the team did attend to it promptly.

Great size of accommodation with stunning views from every room. the balcony was our favourite spot and the welcome treats were a nice touch.
The sheets seemed old and in need of replacement. the bathroom definitely needed upgrading.

Our stay at Chez Haytham At Four Seasons Nile Plaza Residential Suite was incredible. The spacious apartment allowed us to relax and enjoy the stunning views from every room, which were even more breathtaking than the photos. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot, overlooking the city and the Nike. The beds and furniture were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The owner's presence at the reception made us feel welcomed and ensured the cleanliness of the apartment. Plus, the added bonus of free mobile WiFi made it so convenient for us to explore the city. Our kids were overjoyed with the complimentary fruits, candies, biscuits, juices, and drinks. It's little touches like these that make a big difference to a family. Despite a few minor issues with plumbing and WiFi security, the maintenance team and host were readily available and resolved them promptly. we highly recommend this hotel for its perfect size, stunning views, and wonderful amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The size of the apartment was perfect and we were delighted with the stunning view from every room. The balcony quickly became our favourite spot to relax and take in the incredible view of the city. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. We also really appreciated the mobile WiFi that was provided for free, which made exploring this city much easier.
